Overdraft Consent Message

Recent regulatory requirements now require members to sign a consent form to participate in overdraft protection (Courtesy Pay) plans for ATM and debit transactions. As you know Courtesy Pay protects your checking account when you don't have enough funds in your checking account to cover a retail transaction.

To continue your Courtesy Pay privilege for ATM and debit transactions, please take one of the following steps:

Stop by our branch and complete the form there.

Call Member Services and we will mail or fax the form to you. You can then return the form to us via mail, fax (see number above), or at the branch.
